Jellyfish Cat Wand Toy Pattern & Video Tutorial

Note about the Waistcoat Stitch: I use it to make a very dense fabric, but I also have a very loose gauge! This pattern will turn out very similarly if you single crochet instead of waistcoat, especially because I find waistcoat to be quite hard on the wrists after a while. Please take care of your hands!
